Sparkwell Parish Council

Sparkwell Parish Council covers the villages and hamlets of Sparkwell, Hemerdon, Lee Mill, Venton, Elfordleigh, Smithaleigh and Mount Pleasant together with the Langage Science Park in Plympton. The council is responsible for representing the interests of the local community, providing services such as maintenance of public spaces, and making decisions on behalf of the community. We are committed to promoting the well-being of our residents and enhancing the quality of life in our parish.
